Orders

An order becomes binding once we confirm it by phone or email. We may cancel orders with incomplete details or unavailable products, notifying the customer.

Prices and payment

Prices are in RON and include VAT. Payment is cash on delivery or bank transfer against the pro-forma invoice sent by email.
